Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy in place for our products. This means that you have a period of 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It is important to note that once the product has been opened and there are no issues with the device, returns and refunds are not supported.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please be aware that items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items. If you come across any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and address it promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

This includes perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges:

To efficiently obtain the item you desire, we recommend returning the current item for a refund. Subsequently, once the return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Upon the receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that the refund processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
